Research Project EGYPT/HERBAL
EGYPT/HERBAL is the most recent Research Project of the Institute that is performed jointly by an International Team of Experts from various fields, with participation mainly from Hellas, Hungary and Egypt. The main purpose is to build an advanced and rich Database including all the plants (medicinal, pharmaceutical, edible, aromatic, cosmetic, & c.) that were used in Ancient and Coptic Egypt. This endeavour will contain a plethora of information on those plants, as well comparisons of their use with other Mediterranean nations, plus abundant bibliography and comments.
