The Direction of the Institute and its Rulership (Hq3), according to the Statute, are highly centralized and follow a type of absolutely Fair but Strict Autocracy. In this way the mind of the Board is freely devoted to action, hard work and successful deeds, without useless and time–consuming discussions that usually create more problems and loss of determination … Thus (according to the Statute), the role of the General Assembly is rather advisory, since the Authority is exercised by the President (~ Hnwt) who has full power of actions (~ nbt jrt xt) and the Board (~ d3d3t). The General Assembly symbolically votes once per year, in order to express its consent for the work of the Board and also for approving the financial transactions of the Board, after they have been accepted and approved by the Control Committee.

People/former members who try to create chaos and havoc, people/former members who spread gossips against anyone of the Institute’s Members or misbehave in any way are immediatelly expelled by a fast Board’s decision! The same holds for people/former members whose behaviour is not at norm with archaeological and/or academic rules, people/former members who commit illegal actions or crimes or exercise any kind of violence against humans and/or animals, people/former members who discriminate between human beings (thus behaving in a racist way), and people/former members who collaborate with Hellas non–friendly and Egypt non–friendly countries and/or with enemies of the Institute!
