A new book authored by Dr Alicia Maravelia, The Shipwrecked Sailor’s Tale: The most Ancient Egyptian Adventure, appeared by FERENIKI Publications. It is an adaptation of the Story of the Shipwrecked Sailor for children … of any age, with attractive drawings by Mrs Iris Hoogewej, Archaeologist. The book is handled by the Publisher and can be found in big bookstores
The second part of the Athens Mummy Project, i.e.: the CT-Scanning of the remaining four mummies from Panopolis, took place with great success, in absolute coordination and with adequate media coverage. These mummies and their sarcophagi are kept at the premises of the Egyptian Collection of the National Archaeological Museum of Athens. The whole project took place
