The 4th Volume of the Institute’s Egyptological Journal (JHIE = Journal of the Hellenic Institute of Egyptology) has been successfully and internationally published by the Institute, the Archaeological Society of Alexandria and the University of cAin Shams, by SERAPIS Editions, featuring 2 review papers, 12 original papers and 6 book reviews. The Volume is dedicated to the Athens Mummy Project.

Amid the pandemic, the Institute, after more than one year, continues its long tradition of open lectures to the public, with the first internet lecture (via Zoom), which took place very successfully with a lot of participants, in close collaboration with the Hellenic Expatriate Association ‘Promachos Athena’ (DOP), and with the kind support of Archeion Politismou.
